Not So Rusty After All

I spent most of today watching my usual dose of TV variety shows that I downloaded over the week and working on ver3.0 of my anime website, AnimeArk.com. My friend in the States did the design for me a long while back but I just didn't have the commitment to work on the coding. Somehow, I got my once in a while enthusiasm to work on the coding. I managed to work on the design most of the day or at least several hours. I thought I have gotten rusty with HTML codings after getting stuck 1+ hr into working on the design. Thanks to my old pal, Xael, who helped me solved that issue with the coding. After which, it was pretty smooth sailing though I slowed down at some points to work out the coding ahead. All in all, it's good to know that I haven't turned all that rusty with HTML coding. Up next, I will be giving basic PHP coding a try. haha! It's always good to have a tiny challenge once in a while to work my mind a bit.

XiaoZhen sent me the Chinese version of Goong OST's Perhaps Love. It sounded kinda weird since I can memorized part of the song in Korean already. That's why I find it weird to be singing the chinese lyrics. haha! I will be clearing 2 days of leave until Tue so I got time to work on training my mind and do some thinking as well as some cleaning of my room. My BusinessWeek renewal letter is here! It will cost me a freaking $300 for a year subscription. WTF! I think I will go for National Geographic instead. I am always a fan of great photos, geography and history so I think NG will suit me.

Alfred...

Just kinda realized that I did not really post anything regarding Alfred, my classic teddy that I bought from Jeju Island's Teddy Bear Museum. It costs me like $56.90 and that's in greenbacks. haha! Anyway, Alfred will be going into my wooden display cupboard to join my ChiHuaHua plushie, my Australian ship in a bottle and my metal bow-yielding robot from Thailand. I think I will be moving my Gundam Griepe inside as well. Keep toppling it over everything I am ransacking my study table. I dunno if I can move the light that GerGer bought me from Thailand into the shelf anot, the effect will be nice.

This weekend is going to be my long long weekend before I get another one next week. haha! I will be clearing my leave bit by bit lah. Still got many many more days to clear before end of 2006. It's hard to believe that I managed to waste almost all of 2006 doing nothing significant. haha! I will be watching Rob-B-Hood with my sis later at 12am. Good thing that the cinema is only 5-10 mins away from my house. haha!

Random Facts

Was doing some blog reading and came across this interesting idea from Xael's blog. So here goes, some interesting facts regarding me.

1. I like milk tea, both the teh-tarik kind and the Taiwanese bubble tea type. MOS burger's milk tea is good especially with an extra serving of milk in it. Milk tea is my standard almost-daily drink when I am not craving for Pepsi.

2. I am a Pepsi lover so I don't like Coca Cola that much. Be it Pepsi, Pepsi Twist or Pepsi Max, I like them all. As I am turning more towards non-gassy drinks, I am taking less of Pepsi nowadays.

3. I am allergic to Prawns & Crabs(less). I can eat a bit of crabs but then my ears will start iching before I know it. I don't like those stuffed stuck in a pair of shells. They look bloodly enough even after cooking.

4. I like spaghetti especially Spaghetti Bolognese of Pasta Cafe. That's the best things can get for me when I got the money.

5. I like singing and is actually not bad, at least I think so. I am good with Lin Jun Jie's songs except for some really high notes. Somehow I tend to make songs sound quite tragic or sad.

6. I click with girls better than guys but I am a very healthy heterosexual male so I am not a gay.

7. Like most guys, I am into soccer & cute, pretty girls but unlike them, I am not that into cars. I am a devoted fan of Arsenal FC.

8. I am thin and no matter what or how much I eat, my weight hardly goes up or down. I think I am stuck at 52kg.

9. I am the eldest child in my family. I have a sister 3 yrs younger than me. She can be quite bitch but cannot be quite cute somtimes. I used to dedicate some of my time to discipline her and sorts but I care a lot less now.

10. I am proud enough to be Singaporean and will serve my National Service with pride and dignity. I hate people who chao keng!

Above is my random facts of myself but I think 10 is enough already. I don't like racking my brain as much as before. haha!

Daerie's Tag

Actually dunno what to put for my title for this post so just put the focal point on Daerie's first tag on my blog for like... Hmm... 3 yrs? Maybe it's 2 yrs? In fact I did not expect her to drop by my blog, at least not after what happened back then. Anyway, she's happy now and I am quite happy too. haha! Whatever works!

My boss is on overseas duties this week so I am kinda free but still, cannot slack too much. I decided to do some cleaning of my office, sort things out, rearrange some stuff, throw out old stuff and sorts. haha! I just like organizing myself when I am free. Own time own target... I think I will make the effort to repaint my room this weekend after saying it for so long. Always good to put some words into action lah! Light blue, it is!

MaMa Not At Home!

My mama go China for the week liao so I am home alone with my sis and father. Actually I not affected much since I am in camp most of the time. Will be taking leave on Fri to stay at home with my sis since she will be home alone that day. I am sure everything will be fine even without my mother's nagging. We managed quite well for almost 2 days liao. ^_^"
