Finally...

After tweaking some of my websites, I finally managed to turn things around for my web business and I am on course to earn enough to get a cheque every month from next month onwards. haha! So, I decided to reward myself with some eBay shopping. I splashed on a self stirring mug, a digital LCD alarm clock and a new bottle of Acqua Di Gio fragrance. hahaha!

Format & Installation In Progress

Phew... I finally got back online after spending the last 3 days doing up my sis' upgraded computer as well as mine. I spent most of today and yesterday on my own computer since I managed to get stuck somewhere. What's wrong? My relatively new Hitachi 250GB hard drive decided to become a 30GB unformatted empty drive. What luck! I lost all my data inside that drive which include 200+ episodes of Naruto and 100+ episodes of Bleach. How much more unlucky can I get? I wasted so much time on troubleshooting the problem. The culprit? My wireless network card! Damn it... I only managed to fix the card today so I was crippled since I lost the data I need from my 250GB hard drive and I got no bloody internet connection without the wireless network card. Anyway, I managed to find a solution somehow so I am back online and probably going to be online for the next 3 years or so until my next major upgrade. haha!

Another update I have is that I have finally painted my room with the help of my father. We spent most of Friday painting my room in Forever Blue. Sounds really nice and I think it is cool, yet bright enough and relaxing to be in. It is a lighter shade of blue compared to my old ceiling, a shade of light blue that's only a bit less cute than baby blue. haha! I am happy for now since I finally went ahead and pained my room. I dragged more than long enough...

My IQ...

Saw this test on Xael's blog and tried it out. I scored higher than him!

Testriffic IQ test

Saffy & Amanda

That's it! I am officially a fan of Jason Hahn's books, Asking For Trouble & Table For Three. The books revolves around 3 overseas-educated adults' lives in Singapore. I find the books humorous and definitely a good read since the two books are really thin. I had to control myself to spread out reading hrs. Anyway, I found the author's blog at http://SaffyAmanda.blogspot.com. The blog is like the continuation of book two, picking things up quite sometime after book two got published.

CNY is lurking around the corner and I finally found two nice jeans for the year. My taste is pretty extreme since one is a washed black jeans while the other is a pale blue faded one. I think they both can go along with my new tops. What I lack now is only the pair of shoes that made me went wow-wow=wow! I checked out Raffles City, Suntec, Wisma ALDO outlets but I just can't seem to find that pair of white washed leather sneakers that I am looking for. Bloody hell... I thought ALDO is rather high-end? Either Singaporeans are getting way too rich or the design is really fantastic. haha! That definitely means that my taste is there and correct.

Anyway, I spent the day before my birthday with Aijia and Helen as they treated me to lunch. We basically ate our way from Raffles to Bugis. haha! I think I had four meals in the span of only 8 hrs? That's crazy eating indeed. Sel and Michael joined us at Bugis for the last meal at Tian Tian Steamboat. Its definitely good to be going on eating spree with Aijia and Helen more often since I get to gain weight. I can't really say the same for them though. haha! So much for now... Everyone take carez and enjoy your CNY!

Just Another Update

Seems like quite a while since I last updated my blog. I am blogging from camp after a late but rather heavy Mac dinner. haha! Just got a SMS from Stacey that she found a white dress so our clothes should match for the D&D unless I decided to change my intended choice of clothes. It does seems like not that many of the seniors are going to be appearing for the D&D with all of them now either working. Anyway, I do hope to see some rare faces!

I will be meeting Aijia and Helen for lunch on Sunday for my birthday treat. haha! I think we will be lunching at Swissotel at either City Hall or Clarke Quay. I haven't really decide on the kinda food we should be having though. Saturday will be going to my maternal side of the family though. It's been quite a while since we last hung out together. The last being the bowling game & prata @ Prata House last year. It's always fun meeting up with my maternal cousins. haha!

The body seem to be aching everywhere when I have a 4.8km run to clear tml. dotz... It is quite a while since I exercised due to my chicken pox & long leave period. My fitness is crawling back slowly. I had a swim early this week, ran some circuits, played badminton yesterday night and swam again today. Time to build some muscles! haha!
