Burning Point...

First, I got IV done on me for the first time in my life and got a jab in my butt. For your info, IV is just the drip. Anyway, I got fever since last Wed night and things took a nosedive as my temperature rose 39.6C on Fri morning. I reported sick and sent to the sickbay until evening when I got 2 days of ATT C which is MC for army. Reached home feeling sick all over and my temperature did not go down much either. I went to see a doc on Sun and extended my MC till Tue. The stronger medicine are definitely working but I still feel quite weak. Lost around 4kg over this whole week of illness but I hope I will be back to normal soon.

I am still alright now except for the occasional giddy spells due to the medicine.

Huh? X-Ray?

An injured tail bone and a x-ray appointment. That pretty much sums up my week in camp. I got involved in a freak and ridiculous accident that got me the appointment on Wed. Hopefully it is nothing too serious. Another 9 weeks before I pass out from ASLC.

Mama's birthday is coming so will be on the look out for her present with baiyu. Have absolutely no idea what to get for her... Sianz½... General elections are coming up so I should be able to case a vote. hahaha! Come! Someone please come challenge the ineffective town council of Nee Soon East area. They need a bloodly wake up call after 5 yrs in power and still not fixing the bloodly pavement that get flooded every time there's an heavy rain. They just enjoy seeing people get wet when they drive past.

This entry's title looks like some weird crap rite? hahaha! I can hardly believe that its Greek. Basically, it means 'Those were the days...'. Cool rite? That's my reflections from CSCC Dinner & Dance, I guess. Saw a lot of old and new faces, met some really old seniors. hahaha! The slideshow presentation was pretty good but its kinda of long when they introduced it as a 'short' presentation. ZhiCheng's measurement of 'short' is always enough to make us go out to 'steal' some food to eat liao. hahaha! There's supposed to be exchanging of roses and masks for the dance and in the end, I got Andrea as my dance partner... hahaha! So qiao yet again... Birthday kiss, now dance partners... Same surname fate... hahaha! Bullshiting... Anyway, reached there then found that Eunice's dress is matching with my attire. Couple dressings lah! hahaha! Magic show was kinda boring towards the end but good attempt by YuHong... After that was the ballroom dance, ZhiCheng's favourite lah... hahaha! Danced with Andrea, Gracie and Eunice... After that rushed off to Helen's chalet liao...

Tired but bo bian lah... Old friend's birthday mah... hahaha! Nothing much except chatting at chalet. Slept a bit then reached home at 8am. Yet another day...

Bubble Pool @ Safra Yishun...

That's basically how I spent my afternoon today. I went SAFRA Yishun with Roger and JunHui for a good soak and some tanning since the sun is so bloodly strong today. It's enjoyable lah though feel a bit cheated since we wanted to go jacuzzi in the first place de but its inside the gym which we have to pay to go in. Farkingly hell... What's the SAFRA card for de? In the end, we chose to go for the free entry to swimming pool and soak in the bubble pool loh. hahaha! I think we soaked for like 2 hrs before getting out and went for lunch at blk925.

Yesterday I went Orchard with my sis to shop for the elusive blazer for CSCC day and cousin shannon's wedding in Jun. In the end, I chose a white blazer that set me back by $95. It's pretty neat lah. I went 'wah' at myself when I tried it on. hahaha! After that, we bumped into Jingying at one of the stores having 50% discount. Huntresses looking for sales! They can get high over 50% sales siaz... After some shopping, I treated the 2 girls to chocolate fondue at Haagen Daaz. Fondue was good but can be better lah. hahaha!
